The so-called Jupiter of the Faubourg Saint-Honoré in Paris had promised the disappearance of the Penniless by 2022. This essay aims to raise readers' awareness of the possibilities that exist in France, in particular that there are only gaps in life left, since we are, in reality, all already paying for this. It would still be good if the legislature and the executive finally understood that they are making us pay for this when we would all benefit, like each of them, from cashing in the benefits of their disappearance. Let it be so and not otherwise.
